1. Booking Confirmation<\/h3>\n

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total package amount. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund. <\/p>\n

2. Minimum Participants<\/h3>\n

This package requires a minimum of 1 participant and accommodates a maximum of 10 participants.<\/p>\n

3. Document Submission Requirements<\/h3>\n

Clients must submit a valid photo ID and a copy of their passport, valid for at least 6 months from the travel date, at the time of booking. Any other documents required for visa applications will be separately advised upon booking. <\/p>\n

4. Changes and Modifications<\/h3>\n

Requests for booking changes, such as participant names or travel dates, must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Availability is subject to circumstances and administrative fees may apply.<\/p>\n

5. Late Bookings<\/h3>\n

Bookings made within 21 days of the departure date are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

6. Payment Methods<\/h3>\n

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other digital payment platforms. All transaction fees are to be borne by the traveler. <\/p>\n

7. Special Requests<\/h3>\n

Special requests, such as dietary requirements or room preferences, must be communicated at the time of booking. We will endeavor to accommodate them to the best of our ability, but additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances. <\/p>\n

8. Refunds and Cancellations<\/h3>\n

The cancellation and refund policy is provided separately and applies to all bookings.<\/p>\n

9. Travel Insurance<\/h3>\n

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to prepare for unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n

10. Final Itinerary<\/h3>\n

The final itinerary, including accommodation details and travel plans, will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date.<\/p>\n

1. Traveler-Initiated Cancellation<\/h3>\n

45 days or more prior to departure: Full refund less a nominal cancellation fee from the deposit (excluding cases involving visas or domestic flight tickets).<\/p>\n

30-44 days prior to departure: 75% refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n

15-29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n

Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation by MYWT<\/h3>\n

If a tour is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or political instability, a 100% refund of the deposit will be provided, along with assistance for rebooking an alternative trip.<\/p>\n

3. Schedule Changes Requested by the Customer<\/h3>\n

Changes requested by the customer will be processed subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If a specific service such as a hotel or transportation is cancelled, the cancellation fee for that service will apply. <\/p>\n

4. Visa<\/h3>\n

Visa fees are non-refundable after the visa application is submitted. If the visa is refused, 100% of the cost will be charged and is non-refundable.<\/p>\n

5. Domestic Flight Cancellations<\/h3>\n

After the ticket is confirmed, any change, amendment, or cancellation will incur additional charges in accordance with the airline\u2019s regulations. These details will be provided to the customer at the time of flight booking. <\/p>\n

6. Force Majeure Clause<\/h3>\n

In the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters or political instability, the customer may choose one of the following:<\/p>\n

– 50% refund of the deposit<\/p>\n

– Change of itinerary at no additional cost (subject to availability)<\/p>\n

7. Refund Processing Period<\/h3>\n

Refunds will be processed within 14\u201330 business days from the date the cancellation request is received.<\/p>\n

8. Non-Refundable Items<\/h3>\n

Entry permits, jungle safaris, and other government-imposed fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

9. Change Policy<\/h3>\n

Travelers may request an itinerary change or destination change up to 30 days prior to departure; however, this is subject to an administrative fee and availability.<\/p>\n
