1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total package amount. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
2. Minimum Participants
This package requires a minimum of 1 participant and accommodates a maximum of 10 participants.
3. Document Submission Requirements
Clients must submit a valid photo ID and a copy of their passport, valid for at least 6 months from the travel date, at the time of booking. Any other documents required for visa applications will be separately advised upon booking.
4. Changes and Modifications
Requests for booking changes, such as participant names or travel dates, must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Availability is subject to circumstances and administrative fees may apply.
5. Late Bookings
Bookings made within 21 days of the departure date are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.
6. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other digital payment platforms. All transaction fees are to be borne by the traveler.
7. Special Requests
Special requests, such as dietary requirements or room preferences, must be communicated at the time of booking. We will endeavor to accommodate them to the best of our ability, but additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
The cancellation and refund policy is provided separately and applies to all bookings.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to prepare for unforeseen circumstances.
10. Final Itinerary
The final itinerary, including accommodation details and travel plans, will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date.
