Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total package price has been paid.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to the departure date.

If payment is not completed by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.

Minimum Number of Participants

This package can be booked for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 10 people.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other digital platforms.

All fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the traveler.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Traveler

  • 45 days or more prior to departure: Full refund, less a nominal cancellation fee
  • (excluding visa issuance fees and domestic flight ticket costs)
  • 30–44 days prior to departure: 75% refund of the booking amount
  • 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the booking amount
  • Less than 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable

Cancellation by MYWT

If the travel agency cancels the tour due to force majeure such as natural disasters or political unrest, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided and, if desired, assistance will be offered to rebook an alternative tour.
